PAGE 12 THE SOUTHERN ISRAELITE April 25, 1986 Future Campaign leaders Three and-four-year-olds at the Atlanta Jewish Community Center Satellite School in C'ohb County raised more than 40 dol lars for the 1986 Atlanta Jewish Federation Campaign. The young sters created collages, grew plants and did jobs around the house to earn money they donated to Cam paign, according to Rae Lynn Banks, supervisor of the school. Representatives from each class presented the funds to Fern DuBow (left) a Federation volun teer. Dalton Federation, UJA to honor Barbara Meltz The Dalton Jewish Federation and the United Jewish Appeal will honor Barbara Melt/ on Sunday, May 4, with a dinner and award presentation. She is the lirst woman to be so honored by the Dalton Jewish Federation. Mrs. Melt/ is married to Law rence .!. Melt/ and has two daugh ters. Felicia Barit /andlory Miller. She came to Dalton in 1973 and immediately immersed herself in service to the community. She has been associated with the hirst Na tional Bank of Dalton, is an Amer ican Red Cross volunteer at Hamil ton Medical Center, a Life Member of Hadassah and active in Friends of the Dalton Regional I ibrary. She is a member ol: M ADD: Bran ded University Women's Division- National Council of Jewish Women Temple Beth El Sisterhood; Cre ative Arts Guild; and The Temple in Atlanta. She has been active in the U.IA Women’s Division since 1966 and formed the Dalton Women’s Div ision in 1981. A wine reception will begin at 6 p.m. with dinner following at 7 o’clock. Danny Tadmore, a talented and renowned Israeli entertainer will be the guest artist and speaker.
