The bride-elect is the grand daughter of Ms. Yetta Alberts of Linden, N.J., and the late Harry Alberts, and the late Mr. and Mrs. Charles Dubin of Elizabeth, N.J. The future bridegroom is the grandson of the late Mrs. Chanka Birnbaum Tenenbaum and the late Samuel Birnbaum, and Mrs. Freda Ullman and the late Sam Ullman of Daytona Beach. A graduate of Cranford High School in Cranford, N.J., Ms. Dubin received a bachelor of arts degree in anthropology and a cer tificate in Middle Eastern studies from Pennsylvania State Univer sity. She plans to attend Florida International University for a mas ter’s degree in international busi ness. Mr. Ullman, a graduate of Beach High School, received a bachelor of business administration degree in marketing and a master’s degree in business information systems from Georgia State University. He is employed by Coral Gables by IBM. A June wedding is planned at Temple Emeth in Delray Beach. The bride-elect is the grand daughter of Mrs. Sylvia Chisen and the late Mr. and Mrs. Simon Froug of Atlanta. She is the a graduate of Mercer University with a B.A. degree in history. She is employed by Pace Academy as an administrative as sistant to the principal and assist ant gymnastics coach. He is a graduate of Oglethorpe University where he received a B.S. degree in secondary education and history.
