The future bridegroom is the grandson of the late Mrs. Chanka Birnbaum Tenenbaum and the late Samuel Birnbaum, and Mrs. Freda Ullman and the late Sam Ullman of Daytona Beach. A graduate of Cranford High School in Cranford, N.J., Ms. Dubin received a bachelor of arts degree in anthropology and a cer tificate in Middle Eastern studies from Pennsylvania State Univer sity. She plans to attend Florida International University for a mas ter’s degree in international busi ness. Mr. Ullman, a graduate of Beach High School, received a bachelor of business administration degree in marketing and a master’s degree in business information systems from Georgia State University. He is employed by Coral Gables by IBM. A June wedding is planned at Temple Emeth in Delray Beach.
