The bride elect is the grand daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Alex ander Block of West Palm Beach, Fla., and the late Mr. and Mrs. Abraham Schube of Brooklyn, N. Y. The future bridegroom is the grandson of the late Mr. and Mrs. Issac Benatar of South Africa, and the late Mr. and Mrs. Julius Win ter of the Bronx, N.Y. Ms. Schube is a graduate of Lakeside High School and the Massey Business Institute. Mr. Winter is a graduate of Flor ida International University and a second-year law student at Georgia State University. A July 5, 1987, wedding in Atlanta is planned. Miss Epstein is the granddaugh ter of Mr. and Mrs. David Epstein of Lauderdale L.akes, Fla., and Mr. and Mrs. Chic Lepescu of Coconut Creek, Fla. Mr. Heidt is also the son of the late Mrs. Bernardine Heidt and the grandson of Mrs. Evelyn Loeb ol Miami. The bride-elect attended the Uni versity of Alabama and was a member of Sigma Delta Tau So rority. She is employed as a sales representative for Amex Fashions, Emanuelle in Birmingham. The future bridegroom attended the University of Florida and is a video tape editor for Crawford Post Productions. An Aug. 31 wedding is planned in Birmingham.
