Colloquium provides tools for successful leadership BULLETIN BOARD The first community wide Lead ership Colloquium, sponsored by the Leadership Development Com mittee of the Atlanta Jewish Fed eration, provided board members and professional staff of the Fed eration’s Beneficiary Agencies with the tools necessary to achieve re sults. Marc Levin, a nationally known management consultant from Philadelphia, provided the theory and information which are necessary for successful leadership. Exercises in problem-solving, in measuring levels of achievement and in planning challenged partic ipants to be creative in implement ing new skills. In addition to being an informa tive session, the program was a motivating experience, infusing community leaders with new enthu siasm to bring to their agency work.
