Harold Meyer and Ann Win
ter, both residents of the Jewish
Home in Atlanta, were married
Sunday, Nov. 9, in a ceremony at
the Home. Rabbi Fred Raskind
officiated.
M rs. Winter is the mother of
Mark and Brenda Winter.
Mr. Meyer is the father of Ros-
lyn and Alan Barkoff, Maureen
and Eugene Levy, Mel and Donna
Meyer, and Carol and Tommy
Carola.
They have eight grandchildren
and two great-grandchildren.
Gold-Fisher
Stanley and Carol Gold of
Miami announce the engagement
of their daughter, Harriet, of
Fort Lauderdale, formerly of At
lanta, to David Fisher son of
Albert and Liela Fisher of Fort
Lauderdale.
Miss Gold, a graduate of Uni
versity of South Florida, is em
ployed by Sylvania Lighting
Services.
Mr. Fisher, a graduate of State
University of New York at Buf
falo, is the owner of Sun Fabrics
in Fort Lauderdale.
The wedding is planned for
June 21, 1987, in Miami.

Karen Sue, to Joseph Eric Sand

Ms. Yudelson is the grand
daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Sol I.
Yudelson of Atlanta, and the late
Dr. and Mrs. Robert B. Zion of
Philadelphia.
Mr. Sandler is the grandson of
Mrs. Samuel S. Strouse and the
late Mr. Strouse, and the late Dr.
and Mrs. Joseph Sandler, all of
Baltimore.
Ms. Yudelson, a graduate of
Emory University with a B.A.
degree in English and music, is
an investment broker with Pru-
dential-Bache Securities in Wash
ington, D.C.
Mr. Sandler received his A.B.
degree, summa cum laude, from
Harvard College where he was
elected to Phi Beta Kappa. He
received his law degree from
Harvard Law School and is dep
uty director and general counsel
of the Compliance Action Com
mission, Democratic National
Committee.
A January 1987 wedding is
planned.

Jeffrey Scott Balser, son of Mr.

The bride-elect is the grand
daughter of Mrs. Pearl Stencel of

The future bridegroom is the
grandson of Mrs. Harriet Freed
man of Atlanta and the late Mor
ris Freedman, and Mrs. Lena
Balser of Atlanta and the late
Sam Balser.
Ms. Schwartz received her
bachelor of arts degree in chem-
istryfromthe University ofNorth
Carolina and attends the Medi
cal College of Georgia.
Mr. Balser received his bache
lor of science degree in chemistry
from the University of Florida
where he was a member of the
Tau Epsilon Pi Fraternity. He
attends the Medical College of
Georgia.
The wedding is planned for
Dec. 27 at Sheral Israel Syn
agogue in Macon.
