Last Will & Testaments
“I, Marguerite A. Bien-Aime, being of

bequeath all my love, my hates, my joys,
and the pains that it took me to get
through life, right back to Spelman
College.
“I, Linda Cheryl Hunt, being of sound
mind and body do hereby bequeath my
favorite sister, Kimberly Dianne Hunt,
who just happens to be my only sister, my
faith and determination to stick with
Spelman College for the next three years.

high and you’ll do well in all you try.”

Spelman sisters, past, present,and future,
much love and success. Never lose sight of

of Red Tape, and Perserverence to help
you deal and overcome it. I also leave
Perserverence to Spelman’s Staff to help
them become more determined than ever

gift-of-the-gab to all my Spelman sisters
who believe that six absences just isn’t
enough. To the entire student body I leave
some of my positive energies in hopes of
bringing Spelman through another 100

bequeath all of my love for Spelman
College to the entire student body, in
hopes that they too will derive complete
joy and fulfillment from their
matriculation here.”

bequeath to my little sis Rhonda Joy my
coolness, and the wisdom to know when
to speak and when not to, when to hold
back and when to let go, and how to be
prayerful and thankful. Never forget the
bridge that brought you across. Always
hold your head up high and be yourself,
cause we love you just the way you are.
To Annette Stalling, I leave my special
kid gloves that were made especially for
handling Spelman Women.
' To Rhonda Rush, I leave my extra
hours of unused fun time, put them to
good use and ENJOY.
To Roz Dickerson, I leave my golden
file to round off that sharp tongue, and
my mellowness to pull it all together.”

and body do hereby bequeath my
collection of no-doze, coffee, and
midnight oil to Sharon Jones and Myrna
It’s so hard to say good-bye to yesterday
Foster in preparation for 11th hour
studying; my position as Chairperson of
the Freshman Initiation and Intimidation
Committee to Susan Beckett; all of my
symptoms of senioritis to Drs. Bayse and
Gillyard so that I will be remembered;
and to my Spelman sisters I leave best
wishes for continued success and
achievement.”

cousin Lisa Boykin an alarm clock so that
she will always get to class on time or at
least make it there. To my sorors I leave
happy memories and best wishes. To Lisa
Moreland I leave my eyes so that she can
give the looks I sometimes give. And, to
all Comp. Anatomy students 1 leave a
bottle of aspirin and Grecian Formula

to Rhonda Skipwith so she may read to
her heart’s delight, and to all of my sisters
at Spelman I say, ‘Good-bye, I think I’ll
miss you!’”

Spelman little sister Susan Johnson my
ability to deal with the Sociology Dept,
and the sanity to finish your thesis. To
Detra & Cheryl another ‘April Foolee’as
great as I was. To my sorors the best of
times and to my sister Susan the
motivation to get up and go, to class and
the nickname ‘Bucket’.”

A. Saulsby, lots of No-dozto stay awake;
to K. Duckett, love, for being so
understanding; to P. Wherry, someone to
play tennis with, to my favorite
sophomores; M. Royals, thanks for being
there; F. Bell, laughter, for putting so
much in my life; K. Marshall, faith, our
people will have to open their eyes soon,
Keep on pushing; P. Lee, a purple belt
and sunshine for her sunny personality;
C. Thurston, the best appointed little
sister that I could have, lots of love to the
rest of my Spelman sisters.”

last bits of my accidemic excitement to
two great friends. Curly Johnson and
lii Verne Bvas. You’ve pulled me through
those mini-traumas. I love you! To my
man Earl, I leave those beautiful
memories, and I know that many more
are in store. I’ll love you forever. To
Bridgett and Lisha I wish you wisdom,
strength and courage. 1 know you’ll do a
good job with the newspaper.”

of the trials and tribulations which you
may encounter here at Spelman College

every day as you have so done in the past 2
years. To Dr. O. Eagleson, 1 leave much
love, understanding and most of all,
appreciation, for enhancing my
knowledge of psychology. May God
forever remain by your side just as you
have been by mine. To Cynthia Marshall
I leave love, peace & happiness because
you are a shining star and your light will
glow forever. To Rhonda Rogers & Patty
Blackwell 1 leave strength, because both
of you are positive forces -so keep on
keeping on. To the Alpha Sweethearts I
leave the ability to accept the things you
cannot change, the courage to change the
things you can & the wisdom to know the

women who achieve, my love and the

Michelle Royals I will the ability to enjoy
life without being apprehensive. To
Crystal Marshall I will the ability to keep
finding God and doing His works.”
