Branch Bunk of the State of Georgia, located at
Grecnesborough. by which said deed of mortgage,

and other individuals named, among other property, a
certain lot of land in the county of Hull, known and
distinguished as lot number ninety-nine, in the tenth
district of said county, and it appearing to the Court
that there is now due to said Petitioners, on said
mortgage, tho sum of twenty-six thousand two hun
dred and fifty dollars:
It is therefore ordered, that unless the said James
S. Park, do pay into the Clerk’s Office of this county,
within six months from this time, the amount of prin
cipal and interest duo on said mortgage, together
with all legal cost, tho equity of redemption in and
to the said lot, Bhall be thereafter forever barred and
foreclosed. , <
And it is further ordered, that a copy of this rule
be published once a month for four months, or served
on the mortgager or his special agent, at least three
months previous to the next term of this Court.

4 MAN callinghimse f WILLIAM BROCK, left
this place on Saturday evening tho 2d insl. with
a Rifle Gun and Fox-skin Shot-bag, together with
two small Dogs, all belonging to the subscriber,
which he took from my house and which he has run
off with. Ho professes to have been in the U. State*
Army, and has admitted that ho was a deserter. lie
is a middling sized man, dark hair, with sattinct coat
and pantaloons. The rifle is plain stocked, and has
the name of tho maker, “ James Lett,” plainly inden
ted on the barrel. The dogs arc ,a small white and
a black, nothing particular about them. Whoever
will restore my gun or the thief, shall have five dol
