tho county and State aforesaid, being mindful of
death and the frailties of life, and being in possession
of a sound disposing mind qnd memory and will, and
also being desirous to dispose of the good things of
this world that it hath pleased God to bless mo.with,
do by virtue of these presents, make this my last will
and testament.
Item 1st. It is my will that my body be buried iq
Christian like order. _
Item 2d. It is my will that all my just debts be
paid. It is my will that the balance of my estate be
equally divided between iny beloved wife Mary, and
my three daughters ,To wit: Judith Winn, Ann Key,
