WALTON SHERIFF S SALE.
On the first Tuesday in August next,

Walton county, within the usual hours of sale,

Thirty-two and a half acres of Land, more
or less, being part of Lot No. 95, 3d dist. of Walton
county, whereon John Mitchell now lives : levied up
on as 'the property of said John Mitchell, to satisfy sun
dry fi. fas. from a Justice's Court in said county, in
favor of 13. B. Ransom, vs. said Mitchell and Henry
P. Hcald security, and Robert Rogers, bearer, vs. said

lingham using the signature of T. M. Willingham,
then promised to pay said John B. Davis or bearer, by
the twenty-fifth of December (then) next, one hundred
dollars for value received, he, the said Thomas M.
Willingham, executed, signed, sealed, and delivered
his certain Mortgage deed in finer of said John B.
Davis, for a certain tract or parcel of Land, contain
ing fifty acres, more or less, situate, lying and being in
the fourtli district, in the county of Walton, and
known and distinguished in the plan of said district,
by being in the south-west corner of Lot No. 190, and
hounded as follows : beginning at the original South
west comer of said lot, thence along the old line to a
corner on the creek, thence up the meanderings of the
creek to a corner, thence parallel with the original
line, to a corner on the original line, thence to the be
ginning corner.
And it further appearing to the Court, that the said
\\ illingham has made dcluult entirely in the payment
of said note, and that there is now due on the said Note,
the principal sum of one hundred dollars, and interest
thereon from the 25th day of December, eighteen hun
dred and thirty-eight: Therefore it is on motion or
dered, that unless the said Willingham do pay into
Court on or before the first day of the next term of
this Court, the principal and interest due, and to be
come due upon said Mortgage, that the equity of re
demption in and to the aforesaid mortgaged premises,
be from thenceforth barred, and forever foreclosed,
and it is further ordered, that a copy of this rule be ei
ther published in one of tho public gazettes of this
State once a month for four months, or served on tlie
Mortgagor or his special agent or attorney, at least
three months previous to tlie next tenn of this Court,
agreeable to the provisions of the statute in such case
made and provided.

rior Court of Habersham county, when sittin« as
a Court of Ordinary, will be sold on the first Tuesday
in August next, at the Court-house in Clarksville, Ha

more or less. Sold as the property of James Ratcliff,
