to the Court, by the petition of Jmmtt O. Venter ilia
Alexander Langston ot'sakl sotuuy, licensed, did in
hi* life-time, execute to said James O. Verner liia
bond, conditioned to execute titles in fee simple, to
atid Janes O- Verner,tor a certain lot of and, situ
ate in the county ul'oreasid, coiilaiiting one hundred
and twenty-four acre*, it ore or less. And it further
Mppeariug that s-iic James O. Verner has paid the
full amount therefor ; audit appearing that said Alex
ander Langston departed this lifewiihojt exeeutiug
titles to said lot of land, or in any wav providing
therefor; and Jan sit O. Verner Inuring petit tested this
Court to direct Joho H Shannon, the administrator of
the estate of the said Alexander Langston, deceased,
loexerute to linn titles In-aid lot of land, in conform
ity with said bond, ns the law directs.
It is therefore ordered,that notice be given in the
Southern Banner of this State, of such a lplteation,
that all persons c-n -erned may tile objection* in the
Ordinary's office, (if any limy’have,) why said John
II. Shannon, administrator as aforesaid, should tint
execute titles to said lot of la n.1, its conformity with
said bond,and in cnnfnr nity with the law.
By order of said Court, at a regular loin thereof,
held this 7lh day of July 1850.
