full amount therefor; and it appearing that said Alex
ander Langston departed this life without executing
titles to said lot of land, or in any wty providing
therefor; and James O. Veruer having petitioned this
Court to direct John H Shannon, the administrator of
tho estate ..f the said Alexander Langston. deceased,
