A committee of fifteen, consisting of Messrs. J. F. Reid of Taliaferro, Gen. T. L. Guerry of Quitman, W. H. AVeems of Fulton, S. 8. Bailey of Cobb, Dr. H. J. Bates of Newton, Henry Persons of Talbot, J. H. Fur- marl of Baldwin, E. P. Ewards of Elbert, J. T. Hall of Spalding, Jack BrowiJ of Sumter, W. P. Ramsey of Harris, Dr. J. F. Alexander of Ful ton, J.
