RESOLVE J, That the power of the Committee appointed on the 24th May last, to guard against the improper removal of earth from Bay-street and other places within the City, be extended to all the lands appertaining to the trust now under lease. And that thi£ resolution be published in one of the Gazettes in order that the lease holders may not attempt any improper removal of the foil either for making of bricks or for other purposes. It has on it one of the fineft Peach Orchards in the state, consisting of about five thousand bearing trees. Perhaps no place in the upper country is pofkfled of greater advantages, in point of health, society, goocjnefsof foil and improvements. Augujia, Georgia, July 15, 1800. Thirty Dollars Reward. RANAWAY from the fubferiber a few days part, THREE NEGROES, one a Molatto Wench, named Anne, flout and likely, brought up in Baltimore, Maryland ; a flout well made Fellow, nam ed Roger, works at the flioemakers trade, has a particular tone of voice, the other a young fellow about twenty years old, speaks diflind and sensible, his name Ja cob. Ten dollars for each will be paid on being delivered in Savannah Jail, by Col. Ambrole Gordon, or in South- Carolina, by E. GILLETT. • July a. (ts. SB.J * Brought to Jail, ON the 13th April last, a NEGRO MAN, who fays his name is SAM, about 30'years of age, five feet ten inches " high, fays he was the property of William Lighten, of Charleston, who died a few months since, that his master gave him a pass to hire himfelf out, and that he went to Savannah, where he was confined in Jail, from which place he made his escape an & came to Augusta.
