CITY "HOTEL.
THE fubferiber most refpe&fully begs
leave to observe to his numerous
acquaintance and friends, and the pub
lic in general, that, from the great en
couragement he formerly had in the
public line, at this place, he is in
duced, once more, to open a
House of Entertainment ,
At his old stand in Broad-street, being
at present the most public part of the
city, where he is provided with a general
aflortment of the BEST of LIQUORS,
and has one of the most airy, and well
conftru£ted STABLES in the Southern
states, and an excellent hostler. Under
these circumstances, together with his
determination, to exert himfelf to please,
and do ample justice to his customers,
by one uniform charge, which shall al
ways be as low as the markets will possi
bly admit, he flatters himfelf of at least,
obtaining a share of the patronage of a
generous public, which he thanks most
sincerely for the many part favors he
has received, and hopes his attention in
future will be such as to merit a contin
uance of their favors, and in the mean
time Remains the public’s
Humble servant.

commodated with board by the week,
month or year, on reasonable terms —
but no credit can be given,
