CLYTUS was bred by me, and was

who was got by Sbakefpeare, out of a full
bred Fearnaught—Shakcfpeare was also

Old Janus, on a full bred Mare the off

Anthony. THOMAS TABB.
Mathews County , Virginia .
CLYTUS is supposed by good judges
in Virginia, and also in this State, to he
one of the firft running Horses on the
Continent ; he won four purses in Vir
ginia, contending with a number of the
best horses in that State—also three purses
in this state, and has never yet been
brought to the whip; consequently his
speed is not yet known.
