The Committee appointed for de vising a plan by which additional towu'sub scribers might he let in, made their report: Whereupon it was Resolved, That the sub scriptions for more than lifty shares, here tofore received, should be reduced to fifty ; and that the Capital Stock should he in creased to One Million Five Hundred Thou sand dollars. It was further Resolved, That an install ment of tw o per ceut, on the stock subscri bed for by the town subscribers, should be paid in, on or before the 23th instant, under the penalty of forfeiture of Stock. It was further Resolved, That a commit tee he ap'<oiiitet! to received the required advance ; which Committee should have (he power of calling in a further installment of ten per cent, oil giving thirty days notice.
