Kinney, Jun’r. on the sixteenth day
of February in the year of our lord
one thousand eight hundred and nine
teen. made, executed and delivered to
the Petitioner his certain Deed byway
of Mortgage of in and to all thst Lot
of Laud situate, lying and being in
the City of Augusta, in the County «f
aforesaid, bounded on the north by
Reynold Street and containing forty
one feet three inches front on said
street, it being the North Eastern coi
ner of the Lot known as Lot uumber
thirteen in the plan of the City
aforesaid, hounded East by the es
tate of Cresswell’s Lot, on fin* West
by a part of said Lot 'No. 18 sold by
said Hkry Hhuliz to David Ral
ston, and running back one hundred
and seventy seven feet, where it is
bounded by another part of said Lot,
No. 13, sold by said Henry Shultz

said Lot of Laud was mortgaged as
aforesaid to secure the payment of
the Hutuol sixteen hundred and twelve
dollars and fifty eents and interest,

Whereupon, on motion of J. Hutch
inson attorney for the Petitioner. It
is oidercd, that the principal, lo
terest and cost now due ou said more
gage he paid into court within twelve
months from this date, otherwise the
equity of redemption in and to the
mortgaged premises will be from
thenceforth forever'barred and fore
closed : nud other proceedings take
place thereon according to the sta
tute in such ease made and provided.
Aud it is further ordered, that a
copy of this Rule be published in one

was possessed of a Note of Hand
made by Alfred I. Huntington, to
him Five Hundred and Six Dollars
Twenty-Five Cents, bearing date on
the eleventh day of October, eighteen
hundred and nineteen, and payable
ninety days after datethereof, andthat
the said Note of Hand has been lust or
mislaid, so that the same cannot now
be obtained, and praying that a copy
of the said Note whieh is annexed to
his said petition, may be established in
lieu of the said original, in terms of
the Act of the General Assembly, and
the rules of Court, in such cases
made, provided, and established ; and
the said petition being supported by
affidavit: It is ordered , that a copy
be established in lieu of the original
so lost or mislaid, agreeably to the
prayer of the petitioner unless suffi
cient cause be shewn to the contrary,
on or belore the first day of the next
Perm of the Superior Court of Rich
mond comity. It is further ordered,
that a copy of this order be published
in one of the Gazettes of this state
