the eleventh day of October, eighteen
hundred and nineteen, and payable

mislaid, so that the same cannot now
he obtained, and praying that a copy
of the s lid Note which is otinexed to
his said petition, may be established in
lieu of the said original, in terms of
the Abt of the General Assembly, and
the rules of Court, in such cases
