Twenty Dollars Reward.
WILL be given for the appre
hension of two of my servants,
JACK and CASTKLLO, recently
purchased by me of the estate of Pe
ter Wyatt, Esq. late of Charlestofi,
deceased, who have departed my ser
vice without cause, ou their way to
the Alabama. Jack is of a dark com
plexion, 5 feet 7 or 8 inches high,
about 3d years of age, and lias a sul
ky look ; is short of stature, and to
lerably thick set ; has a large sear
upon the instep of one of his feet, and
the appearance of a tetter or scald
upon his right hand
Castellois an African by birth, a
bout the height of J tek, but of ligh
ter complexion—Jack had on when
he abseonded a hat, great coat, blue
jacket and blaek pantaloons. The
above reward for both, or ten dollars
for each,and all reasonable expellees
will be paid for their apprehension
and lodgement in any Jail of this or
of the adjoining S’ates, and informa
tion thereof given to “ Jeremiah Mur
den, Esq. Charleston, S. C.”
