Second Georgia regiment, at Tampa, b-ings tom-' very discouraging reports with reagrd to the condition of affairs there with the Georgia troops. He said today that there were twenty cases of typhoid fever in the division hospital a few days ago, and all th.? patients had to he sent to Fort McPherson or other hospitals.
