ORDERS CO VIE. The Second Regiment Moving to Fernandina. Camp Near Tampa. Fla.. July 19, 189*. At last our orders have come. Yester day afternoon at dress parade Adjun tant Freemen read the order from Major General Copplnger to hold the regiment In readiness to move at any minute to Fernandtoa, to go in a tem porary camp. In ull probability this means Porto Rico within a few iveeks. Tire New York regiment havx orders to move Immediately to Fernandina. They have been getting ready all day, and will start tonight. The Second Georgia will probably get off before the end of the week. The First Florida move* at 7 o’clock tomorrow morning. 1 The commanders are malting guard J mount very easy for the men during i the prestnt hut weather, as In the day (each man is only on guard me hour; at night four. Waycross, Ga., July 23, Little Tom mie, the two years old son of Merrlt J rimes, a farmer living on the Air Line railroad, was accidentally a few days ago. The child's mother was doing some scouring, and In some way the little one fell backward into a bucket cf hot water.
