There are spangled r.et gowns, bodices, waists, hats, bonnets, fans, and now comes a spangled parasol. Why will stout women wear spangles? They accentuate the lock of lines and make a large woman look larger. Only very small and pretty women should wear bespangled gowns, and nobody but a thoroughbred can look dainty in one at that. The snangled porasols are showy and effective, but grate on a wo man with very dainty taste. The new est one is mode of coarse Brussels net, over silk, and has an elaborate de sign in silver, gold, or colored spangles. Others are embellished with bonds of jet spangles, in some delicate floral pattern, _ . _ AN ©PEN LETTER |To MOTHERS. ftp n#Aaa#fi a ft## - VMP WWKM# <*# tklDtfY ft# ftliftt iftif t*t* •*«**» tAHmiA 4 *»•» J/ pa JmuCL w rtlfc j®4*a#rftg fft, Ms li* tto*/* <r CASrOHiA." ikt mm ik*t km ft#*# **f d*t* •##®#*# .mi . ■* <tn rt * f t ska it H#i w4§m*l -CASTOR!A" #A*rA k*t ktm ww® ift |ft ft#>rf (V ®irfl(f»»/ AmHet /ft *w lk*rtf LOOK CARCrUU.® «i lA# ###*## **d m (A *4 tl it Ikf Mft After 1 •I#(||l9ft**# A/ y/ #i “* ** **J tii9**l*r**f trr*fh *t*.
