It is Indeed s matter for Investiga tion. The whole South takes a pride in the Port Royal dry dock and will not willingly see It neglected. A MEW PAKK. The time is passing rapidly and soon the new waterworks will be completed. It will then be Incumbent on the city to make some disposition of the old settling basin.
