The reg istration books tor Bulloch county closed here last night, with a few over 3600 raes enrolled. This is three or four hundred more names than were registered two years ago. The popu lists have worked unceasingly to have every roan registered that they think they can vote; but the democrats feel confident of success. Cotton is badly damaged in this county by the rcoent rains, and but very little is be ing ginned. It, ! » estimated that the cotton crop will fall short one-third in this county. Since the organization of a battalion of the hov military companies of the city, the mllltnry fever has hern grow ing at a great rate.
