The grief of (he mother at the death of her child led to fears that ahe might try to follow her daughter, but Mrs. Contard aays, with a sob: "It 1 had courage I might have kill ed myself, but now I shall not do It. I have two young children left lo me." Dr. P. Erhardt, who was censured by Mrs. Contard for refusing to go to her child when he was Implored hy her to try and save n life, explains that when Mrs. Contard called he was profession ally engag'd. The mother In her distress had to spend thirty minutes of agony before she could get the attendance of a doc tor. She ran first to Dr. Erhardt * house, then to the house that Dr. Er hardt was visiting, then to the West Thirtieth street police station, and then had lo wait for the ambulance. PASSED AWAY. WlllUigham. passed away at 11:25 o'clock last even ing, after an illness of about t wo weeks. Mr. and Mrs. Willingham have only been residents of Augusta for a short time, Mr. Willingham having come here from Rome lo take the position of man ager of the Singer Manufacturing com pany.
