organization to be known as
the Democratic Managers’ Theatrical
Association for the purpose of lending

far include George W. Lederer, Joseph

DARY DISPUTE
It Can Only Be Settled By the Courts
Says Attorney Wlmbish.
Atlanta, Oa., Nov. 3. The report
of the boundary dispute between the
state of Georgia and the state of Ten
nessee, and North Carolina, has been
made to the governor, by Wm. A.
Wimblsh, special attorney of the
Western and Atlantic railroad, and
the gist of it Is that the title to 1500
square miles of land now In Tennes
see and North Carollnu, but claimed
by Georgia, Is an open question,
which only the courts can decide.

A Novel Idea of the Postal Depart
ment.
Waßhlnglon, fcov. 4.—The post of
fice department ha* ordered an inno
vation In the postal service by the ex
perimental establishment of a "Post
Office on WhecM;" to operate In the vi
cinity of Westminster, M 4 The ser
vice, which is t‘o begin very shortly,
calls for the use of a postal wagon to
travel over a designated route In rural
districts. Mail boxes can be placed at
.ome point on the route for every
farmer living within a mile or two
from the proposed route, and mail
will he collecled therefrom. One im
portant feature of the contemplated
innovation, which, if . ncccssful, will
be extended generally, Is that It will
hove money order and registry matter

Canada have agreed hereafter not to
accept risks on the lives of married
women unless they happen to bo the
breadwinners of the family, or in oth
er words, wholly independent of their
husbands. The (leeislon has been-come
to with u view to lessening the crime
or murder for insurance, several cusps
of which have arisen within the last
two years.
