The worker in the country mill has a nii!e cottage and a plot of ground around his house to cultivate. He can have a garden and keep a cow to as sist In tho support of his family. The city operative is shut up In the close brick tenement#. This contest will be watched with Interest. Northern spinners sav that the mill men have made a mistake in pre cipitating this issue at this time.
