The recorder’s court was In ses
sion only 20 minutes Tuesday morn
ing. There were six cases of viola
tion of the 460th section dismissed.
Allep Platt, a white woman, was
given 20 days on the public works
for disorderly conduct.
E. R. Rhoten, a white man, was
given sls or 30 davs for violating the
460th.
The cases of Charlie and Tom
Cooper, John Allen and Miller Green,
for violating the loitering ordinance,
were dismissed.
Tom Miller was given $2.50 or five
days for plain drunk.
