1:, They desire to form a corpora
tion to be known as the "Georgia
Mutual Industrial Life and Health In
surance Company.”
2. The kind of insurance they
propose to carry on is that of an In
dustrial Life and Health and Accident
Insurance as specially defined In
Acts 1905, pages 96-97 and 98 —the
same to be established and oonducted
upon the mutual or co-operative plan
aS provided in said act and in aeo
tior. 2030 of the code of 1895.
3. They intend in good faith to
go forward without delay to organise
said company and request to be in
corporated under the laws of this
state. ,
4 . Prior to the filing of this peti
tion in the office of the secretary of
state, they have given thirty days
notice of their intention to apply for
said charter by the publication ot this
petiton, once a week for four weeks
in The Augusta Herald, a newspaper
publishing the legal advertisements of
the county of Richmond, where the
principal office of said company is to
be located.
Wherefore, petitioners pray that a
certificate ot incorporation be issued

MEETING THURSDAY TO
DECIDE FAIR’S FATE
When asked this morning for an
interview regarding the prospects for
another fall fair, Mr. James U. Jack
son. president of the Georgia-Carolina
Fair association, said he was not in a
position to say anything for publica
tion -
"The board of directors meet Thurs
day at the Chamber of Commerce, at
which time the question will be de
cided. What I have to say will be
said to them."
Prospects ar© that the fair will be
held. A number of farmers’ clubs in
the association have already made
plane to put on club exhabtts, and are
anxious for the fair.

held their convention at Savannah
