tratisaciious at Savannah, offers to dis
pose of his LANDS, Ml 1/irS. and other
PROPERTY, on the Lower 3 Runs,
Barnwell District, state of South Caro
lina. The mills are situated on a never
failing stieam of water, are in excellent
repair, and are noted for their uncommon
fast cutting; and the lumber can be raft
ed from them to the city of Savannah, in
from 4to 5 days. The lands are in one
body of between 7-and 80UO acres, boun
ded on one side on Savannah ruer, and
pierced by the water of ihe Lower 3
Runs. Their qualities are various,a ve
ry considerable portion being of ti e first
fertility, and scarcely any part that is
not tit fur cultivation. ’1 he landing is
allowed to bo amongst the best and must
convenient on the river; and .is one at
which the. Steam Boats receive ii eir sup

to be erected, which will receive for tians
porfalion, the merchandise and produce
of a very considt ruble tract of count.iy.
On the land are no Ivs* than three fine
commodious dwelling houses, with all
other building, and impn i enients, which
can contribute to convenience and even
to ornament.
There is likewise on (the premises, n
Cotton-Gin’ machine, which is impelled
by water, which, besides ginning, will
pack, with one- hand eight squire bales
cotton per day ; ami likewise a store,
which has long been found a most excel

great expense, and promises fair ’to yield'
