March, 1815, entitled, “an act to
provide for the ascertaining and sur
veying of the boundary line* fixed b>
the treaty with the Creek Indiana,
and for other purposes,” the Presi
dent of the United St.tics is authori
zed to cause the lands acquired by
the said treaty to be offered for sale
when surveyed:
