RULE NISI
UPON the petition of Huberts Thomas,
slating that he was possessed of a
certain bond given by one Henry Hughs
in his life lime to said Thomas, tinder the *
penalty of 5 hundred dollars, with a condi
tion thereunder written, and to be void if
the said Henry Hughs, shall make and
execute good and sufficient warranted tU
ties to a certain tract of Land lying and
being in the county of Burke, containing
two hundred and fifty acres adjoining lands
of Hell and Walton, and hearing date on
the 12th day of December 1810, atrue coi "
py of said bond as nearly as can as recol
lected by said Thomas is annexed to said
petition and filed in the clerks office to
gether witli such other evidence as the
said Thomas has, and the said original be
ing destroyed. It is therefore ordered that
'he said Copy of said bond annexed to said
petition be established in lieu of the ori
ginal so destroyed, unless good cause be
shewn to contrary on or before the first day
of the next term of this Court. And it is
further ordered that a copy of this rule he
published in one of the public Gazettes of
this State once a month until the next term
of diis Court.
