States to appoint a Receiver of the Public
Vlonies and Register of the Land Office
for the district of Lawrence county in the
Arkansas territory,’* it is enacted, that
any person, having a claim to a right of
pre-emption within the said district, shad

before the time to he designated By the

patents to the soldiers of the late army,
