Thomas S. Bayliss, guardian of the mi

court that the said guardian is out of the
limits of this Slate, so that ordinary pro
ce-s cannot be served upon him ; there
fore, the said Thomas S. Bayliss, guar
dian as aforesaid, is hereby summoned to
