I t 'Hi. subscribers oilers lor sale all his 1- possessions in the town of Lexing ton, Oglethorpe county, with the excep tion of the house occupied as a store, which is on the corner, and not connect ed with the other buildings. 7'he silua tionn is the most eligibl one in the town for any kind of public business, being immediately on llije main street, and fronting the public square and court house. The buildings consists of a large and convenient dwelling house, suited to the purpose of a tavern, and ha- been oc cupied as such for many years. 7’he out buildings are also calculated for a tavern, and much better improved than most lots in our up-country towns, besides the dwelling house. 7'here is also another house on the street, fronting the square, with two rooms below, which may be easily filled upas a store. The buildings are in good repair.
