tender parts, and after those correction*
are produced, commonly called the Tar
tar of the Teeth, which, destroying both
their texture and whi'eness, not only

ments, but brings on violent tooth aches,
and renders the Gums livid and putrid,
and offensive I>. ourselves and others.
But though people in general may pre
vent (hose inconveniences, by care and
attention at first, yet, if they are once
snllcred In take place, it is no longer in
the power oflhe suflerorto remove them,
this being properly the province of the
experienc ed Dentist, who hath made the
maladies of the Teeth and Gums, with
their attendant ecils, the principal objec t
and end of lib studies.
