Will be Sold, ON the premises, by consent of the on Saturday, the 28th day of December next, the tract of land in the county of Columbia, on which Wm. Dodson, deceased, resided, contain ing 100 acres, more or less, on Cearson’s and Hart’s creek j on the premises are a good two story dwelling-house and all necessary out-houses; also, a Machine House. The Stage road, leading from Washington to Augusta, passes immedi ately through the tract—these conveni ences render it an eligible stand for a House of Entertainment. Also, a tract el land, on Hart’s creek, adjoining the above, containing 112 acres, more or less. On this tract are a good dwelling house and out-houses, an excellent peach orchard and other improvements. Also, a tract of land, in Appling county, ly ing in the third district; No. 67. Also, at the same time and place, the Negroes belonging to the estate of said Wm. Dod son, dec. consisting of men, women and a girl.
