IN consequence of the Races taking
place at Charleston on the
Jocky Club of Augusta, have thought it
expedient to postpone the commencement
of the Races in this plate until the last
TUESDAY in February, therefore,
THE Augusta Jockey Club Uncos
will commence on the last Tuesday
iVi February next, (25th day,) fiee for
any horse, mare or gelding on the conti
nent.
First day’s running, four mile beats, fur
a purse of s.>oo.
2d day, J mile heats, for a purse of S4OO.
3rd day, 2 mile heals, fora purse of S3OO.

each day’s purse shall be hung up at the
