of Reprefentatimes of the United Staid
of America, in Congn/s afftmbled, Tnat
Daniel S. Dexter, ot Providence, and date
of Rhodelfland, be dUcharged from his im.
prifonment upon a judgment obtained against
him in favor of the United States: Provi
ded however* That he (hall firtt assign and
convey all the eliate, real and personal,
which he may now own or be entitled to,
to lone person or persons, for the use and
benefit of the United State** under the di
rection of the secretary of the treasury ;
Piovided also, That the said judgment (hall
teinain in full force against atiy estate which
the said Daniel S. Dexter may hereafter ac
quire i and that proccfs may at any time be
thereon iftutrd against the fame ; And pro.
vided that nothing contained in this ad shall
