to Inspect Tobacco at the Ware-House
of the subscribers, at the loot of the
Bridge, where convenient and substan
tial Stores, the best of Coopers, and eve
ry other convenience and facility for the
satisfaction and quick dispatch of cus
tomers have been provided.
From the experience of these gentle
men, as Inspectors, the eligible situa
tion of the subscribers’ Ware-House, the
security of their Stores, adapted to every
kind of Merchandize and Produce, and
the promptness and punctuality with
which they will attend to orders and con
signments, they arc led to expect a lib
eral share of patronage. 'Their charges
will be the same as at the other Ware
H uses, and every accommodation usual
will be afforded to those who may favor
them with their custom.

latin,—professed to be a Shoe, maker by
trade—Tier a few days was employed to
make Shoes in Robert and D er Talley’s
Saddler’s shop—while wotking in said
shop, sold to said Dyer Talley a small bay
mare five years old, with a star in berfotre
head, and on the 25th da), in the evening,
takes out of this settlement, withou' leave,
Robert Talley’s horse, 7 or 8 years old,
five feet two inches high,dark bay pr brown
color, some white or grey hairs about bis
I hind feet—he is creas fallen, Jong kan
neck and head, small eyes, very hol
low above them, has a very small kean car,
short tail handsomely nicked, and racks
very fast, and trots fast when pushed, tho*
not his common gait; which horse was
brought from Tennessee about the fi st of
May last, by Mr. Jacob Tharp on his way
to Charleston, and traded to John Gowen,

him a brown broad cloth boat pattern, with
brown holland to line it, yellow mettle
buttons— had on when he started a blue or
black jeans close bodied coa , yellow nan.

feet nine or ten inches high, of a middling

chin, rather runs across the chin ; has short

black hair and blue eyer, talks tolerably
smooth, and appears to be reserved in his
conversation, capable of deceiving most of
men. The above reward will be given
for man and horse, or one half for either of
