There is on the trset 53 acres of cleared Land, and under a good fence ; there is a new building 43 by 30feet, two stories high with a piazza and balcony in front 19$ feet open, with bed rooms at each end, above and below Also, tolerable good out buildings and a spring of excellent water within .50 yards ot the building. This stand for public bu siness, is inferior to none in this hart of the country, taking into consideration its con venience to Augusta.
