Mr. Smith, proposes to open a school for the instruction of a limited number of pupils in the Classical, and in those bran ches of an English Education which form a proper accompaniment to a classical course. He will engage to prepare his pupils for a reputable entrance into any College in tne Union. A few youths can be comfortably accommodated as board ers in the family, to whose minds, morals and manners, every proper attention would be paid. He is » well proportioned, heavy bodied horse $ his neck is tolerably long, and well shap ed ; he has a good head well joined to hia neck; lie is in fine order for service, is a natural trotter, but may be made to rack, tolerably well—he is a fine gig horse, but does not draw kindly by the tide of hid match.
