in cases cf insolvency and imprisonment.—
And all the creditors of the said insolvent
are required to shew cause, if any they
have, before the said court, at the court
house in said county on the 4th day of
April next, at ten o’clock in the forenoon
of that day, why an assignment of the said
insolvent’s estate should not be made,
and he discharged according to the act.
