from opposite the city, during the months

shall be seized, hy any officer of Council
and conveyed Irom the city. Any person
violating this section shall he fined,, at the
discretion of Council, in u sum not ex

shall, moreover, be liable for nil expences
incurred in removing such boat or boms.”
