Upon the Petition of the Planters’
Bunk, of the slate of Georgia, praying the
foreclosure of the equity of redemption,
in and to two lots of land, in the county
and state aforesaid, and city of Augusta,
in llui plan of lots laid out at the upper
end ol Broad street, in said.ctly of Augus
ta, by Daf iel Sturges, Surveyor General,
on the. tweitfy-eiglith day of February,
one thousand eight luiudred & eighteen
lying on the south side of Broad street,
as numbers fifeen and sixteen, containing
thirty feet each, front on -.aid Broad-street,
and extending hack to Ellis street; w hich
said lots of land were mortgaged on the
firs’ day of July, one thousand eight hun
dred and eighteen, by Patrick McDowali,
in his life ti *ie, to Barna McKiitue, to se
cure tlie payiqent of the stun of fifteen
hundred and twenty-seven obllars and a
half, which said mortgage, (lie said Barna
MeKinee, assigned to the Planters’ Bank,
of the sta’e of Geoigia, on the twenty
ninth of July, one thousand eight hun
dred and nineteen, upon which there is
now due the sum of five hundred and niu.
dollars and seventeen cents, besides inter
ests as is stated.
And now, upon motion of Thomas
Flouinoy, attorney for said Bank: It is or
dered, that (he principal, interest ami
easts due on said mortgage bepnidinh-
Guiiri within twelve months from the date
hereof, or the equity of redemption in
the said mortgaged premises, will be for
ever foreclosed, and the said lots will be
disposed of as the law directs.
And it is further ordered, that this Rule
