XJf’ON the Petition of the Planters’ Bank, of the slate of Georgia, praying the forccliMure of the equity of redemption, in and to two lots of land, in the county and slate aforesaid, and city of Augusts, in Utopian of lots hud out at the upper cud of Broad street, in said city of Augns (a, by Dae id Sturges, Surveyor General, on the twenty-eighth day of February, one thousand eight hundred £t eighteen; lying on the south side of Broad street, as Handlers fifteen and sixteen, containing thirty feet each, fronton said Broad-street, and extending back to Ellis street; which said lots of land were mortgaged on the firsr day of July, one thousand eight hun dred and eighteen, by Patrick McHowall, in his life time, to Barna MiKinne, to se em e the payment of the sum of fifteen hundred and twenty-seven dollars and a half, which said mortgage, the said Rarna McKinee, assigned to the Planters’ Bank, of the state of Georgia, on the twenty ninth of July, one thousand eight hun dred and nineteen, upon which there is now duo tbo sum of five hundred and nine dollars and seventeen vents, besides inter ests ns is stated. THE proprietors of the Augusta line of Stages caution travellers from taking seats between the established offices, without having their names inserted on the way-bill. A practice has hitherto ex isted of sirilenng persons to enter the stage, to the grear inconvenience o*‘ those who have taken regular seats, and which yields no profit to the proprietors. It cannot be allowed for the future. The greatest attention will be paid to the ac comodation of the regular passengers; which consideration does not admit of the carriage being overcrowded by inter lopers. Nov. 12—ts To be Kented.
