One word more. Judge Schley has thought
roper to slate, that rny object was lo bring
myself into notice, by a newspaper controveisy
with him. In attributing to me such motives,
he has mistaken both tny object, and my esti
mate of his "consequence.” Whenever I wish
to bring myself into notice, by the means he pro
poses, 1 shall certainly select higher game than
he does or ever will present.
