The excitement which has spread
throughout the whole Southern country,
in eonseqnnce of the unrighteous Tunll

in the political sentiments of the citizens
of the (South, as touching the powers of
the General Government—which (tiller

great measure he removed, by laying be
fore them, in as clear and intelligible
form as possible, the principles and cor
rect policy of our entirely new and expe
rimental government. The course we
think has not been pursued in ns direct a

disputes of parties have usurped too

sober and dispassionate investigation ol

relations which exist—and which were
intended by the framers of the United

who is unwilling to have him submit to
thercgulations of the school. Each stu
dent will labor two or Hirer hours in the day
or about one day nnd a half in the week —
Care will be taken, nstbe weather grows
warm, that they be not exposed to a mid
day sun, till they become inured to athle
tic exercise, by employing the mornings

be requisite all the year, but ill a busy
season, semew hat more.
Each student will provide himself with
sheets, towels Ac blankets —and it would
be economical for him to have a coarse
suit to wear during the hours of labor.
Hooks, stationary, oil, Ace. will he fur
nished those who need them at the low
est price. The limes of examinations and
vacations cannot now he named. Well

bath in Eatonton, a little more than a mile
distant.
