the fixtures belonging to each respectively.
The whole will be sold on a credit and possession
o ven immediately, with the exception of (he clear
ed land, which I shall rdserve for one yfcar. Thrfee
equal instalments will be givetf-—the first to becorftfe
due on the first day of January 1853, the next in
on? and two years thereafter.
I will also sell at the same time and place, a lot
of Stock Hogs and Ca^tlej on a credit of 11 months.
The above property is situated in Randolph Co.,
Geo., on Pataula Creek, about equi distant froth
Fort Gaines and Georgetown, with a supply of wa
ter which is constant, and at all times sufficient to
propel double the quantity of machinery now in
operation. The Saw Mill is so constructed that
another saw can be attached with very little addi
tional expense, and the demand Cot Lumber is far
beyond the present capacity of the Mill to supply
and constantly increasing, and the custom work for
the Grist Mill is also’ ex’ensive and increasing
continually.

Runaway
F ROM the subscriber, on tlie night of the 3rd
instant, a Negro man by the name of RALPH.
It fo supposed he is trying to make his way to North
Carolina, where he was purchased last winter. He
wore off a suit of Iz riser Clothes—sack coot very
large for him, and a worn hat considerably worn.—
Ralph is a dark doppte’r-colored man, 23 .or 24 year*
old, about six feet high, rather likely and intelligent.
He has two scars ori tire left side of the face—one
over the eye-lid and the other under it, which gives
him the appearance of slightly squinting *, the scar
over the eye is about an inch long.
