ty, eighteen hundred and forty, John F. Spicer ©s*
tained judgment, (and execution issued thereon)
against Mathew Linam, for three hundred dollar*,
principal debt, and twenty-four dollars interest.t©
the rendition of the judgment, and thirteen doll**
twelve and a half cents, cost.
And it also appearing to the Court that at t j
